The Leadership Development Academy is an arm of Gospel Apostolic Church. We run focused programmes through the year, each one built around what people need to be equipped with right now.
To equip people with God-ordained principles that stir up their God-given potentials, releasing the values and leadership qualities within them.
That mission decides everything
The Academy is not a school with a permanent timetable. It is a body inside the church that identifies what its people should be equipped with, builds a programme around it, and teaches it properly.
Some programmes are about leadership itself. Others are about a skill the moment demands. The standard stays the same either way.
Programmes, run when they are needed
Every programme stands on its own, and each one is open to members of the church and to the wider community.
We choose the need
A programme is built because there is something the people around us should be equipped to do.
We teach it practically
Sessions are hands-on. Participants work on something real while they are being taught.
We send people out with it
The point is not attendance. It is a person who can now do what they could not do before.
